Steven Wildberger helps clients navigate the complex state and federal post-conviction process, including appeals, PCRA cases, and federal habeas matters. He believes clients deserve clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a strong advocate who knows the law.

Steven brings a wealth of experience to his clients. For years, he worked at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he served as Assistant Supervisor of the Law Division, helping oversee about 75 attorneys in the Appeals, PCRA, Federal Litigation, and Civil Litigation units. Before that, he clerked for Pennsylvania Superior Court Judge Alice Beck Dubow and practiced at Matzus Law, LLC.

Steven graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and summa cum laude from Lebanon Valley College. 

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania state and federal courts and is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Away from work, Steven enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and cheering on his hometown Baltimore sports teams.
